Returns & Exchanges
To ensure a positive shopping experience, we do except returns and exchanges on all items if a merchandising fault has been spotted or if you simply wish to exchange sizes.
We do not except returns and exchanges on our items due to change of mind or on discounted items.
In most circumstance, a replacement item of the faulty product will be resent free of charge or a full refund will be issued.
If you wish to exchange sizes on your purchased items, please return the items within 14 days.
All exchange items must be unworn and in the original gift box and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.
All shipping cost is non refundable.
WHAT TO DO
1. Head over to the “CONTACT US” section on our website and let us know that you would like to return or exchange your items.
2. Please provide your order number, and the items you are returning or exchanging.
3. Send your item(s) to the return address we provide via email. (Please note- we do not cover the shipping cost on returning the items)
4. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process it within 5 business days.
5. New tracking number will be provided once the items get dispatched.
