All orders are delivered by Sendle or AusPost for PO BOX addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are delivered by AusPost via International Standard Post
Flat Rate AU$20 for all orders
(Delivery durations for standard international shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks.)

PROCESSING TIME
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours from purchases made on weekdays.
All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange all full priced item/s you’ve purchased online.

We do not except returns or exchange on discounted items.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Full priced items must be returned and received by our customer care team within 30 days of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame.

All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of WILD CACTUS CO.

In most circumstance, a replacement item of  the faulty product will be resent free of charge or a full refund will be issued.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?

Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Please note: Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, international returns cannot be accepted where the value of the items being returned in one shipment is over $1000. Please ship the items separately as we are not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it may be deducted from your final refund.


WHAT TO DO

1. Head over to the “CONTACT US” section on our website and let us know  that you would like to return or exchange your items.

2. Please provide your order number, and the items you are returning or  exchanging.

3. Send your item(s) to the return address we provide via email. (Please note- we do not cover the shipping cost on returning the items under the Australian Consumer Law as metioned above)

4. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process it within 5 business days.

5. New tracking number will be provided once the items get dispatched.
